With the exception of machine guns, firearms are not registered in Virginia.
A concealed handgun permit is not necessary when carrying a handgun while in a personal, private motor vehicle or vessel and such handgun is unloaded and securely wrapped.
Any person 21 years of age or older may apply in writing to the clerk of the circuit court of the county or city in which he resides, or if he is a member of the United States Armed Forces, the county or city in which he is domiciled, for a five-year permit to carry a concealed handgun.

Processing time is between 1 - 3 business days. Once processed, all packages are shipped standard first class mail (3-5 business days). Please verify that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
If you notice that there are any discrepancies with your address please email us immediately at empowerherdefense@gmail.com.
EmpowerHER Defense will not be liable for any packages that have been shipped to the wrong address.
While processing orders, if USPS cannot validate the address provided an email will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You will have 48 hours to respond with any corrections. If a response has not been received within that time frame we will proceed to ship to the address that was provided when the order was place.

Once we provide a tacking number EmpowerHER Defense is no longer held responsible for your package. If your items are lost, stolen or damaged please contact USPS immediately to file a claim.
Returned to sender: If your package is returned to us for any reason we will reach out to you for instructions on next steps. You will have an option to have your items reshipped to you. Or have your ordered refunded with a 10% restock fee.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
If your item is damaged when you received it please email us immediately at empowerherdefense@gmail.com. Please notify us within 30 days if your products are damaged or defective. After this time period we will no longer be responsible. You will be responsible for all shipping costs if the item is returned to us.

AGE RESTRICTIONS.
By placing an order you are fully agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of purchase, which include that you are over 18 years of age at the time of purchase.

PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS.
Pepper spray and stun guns will NOT be shipped to states where they are prohibited. Please check your state regulations prior to ordering. If you purchase a restricted item, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
